• How much will it cost me to get a package designed by  you?

• I want to order a custom-made graphics package Right Now- How Easy is it?

1. Navigate to the 'Order Now' tab at the top of the page.
    
2. Choose from either a single ecover package or a minisite graphics package by clicking the green 'Order Now' button inside the package box of your choice. This will take you to pay for the package you've chosen over at PayPal using their secure server.
    
3. On completion of your payment at PayPal you will be directed back to a special order form page back here on TrustyCovers.com. This page will include room for all of your design requirements and preferences. When you submit this form, your details will be recorded and your project will be underway very shortly! Congratulations- that's all that's required of you!
   
   Note: After you submit your order form I will be in touch with you immediately via email. This will include all the relevant information you need and your order details inside. If you would like to view an example of the order form you will use after payment, click here.

• What file sizes and file formats will my new images come in?
  

The size of your ecover images will depend on the type of cover you opt for, as some covers are wider than they are high and some are higher than they are wide. However, the file sizes, when measured from the widest dimention, are 600px, 500px, 450px, 400px, 350px, 300px, 250px, 200px, 150px and 100px. That's total of ten convenient image sizes! These images will be provided in both GIF and JPG for minisites (optimizing the design for best loading times), and GIF, JPG and PNG for ecover packages. Minisites can be created to your specific width and height requirements, and otherwise will be provided in a standard size format which is most popular.

If you need image sizes and/or formats which differ from these standard recommendations, you can make your request on the cover order page. I will do my best to accomodate your custom preferences wherever I can!

• How will I be receiving my new graphics package?

When you place your order you will be asked to provide a primary email address. This is the address which correspondence will be made through, and your files will be made available through. I will provide you with a link and password to your own secure download page in the "backend" of TrustyCovers.com.

From here you will easily be able to download a ZIP file containing all the images in your package.

• Will I Get the original PSD files along with my order?
  

  While I provide all the image files you'll need to get online with your graphics package, I do not currently supply the original PSD files used in the design process. The individual images I use in the design of your graphics remain theintelectual property of TrustyCovers.com. The finished design, which encompasses all images used in the creation process, will be unique art and fully owned by you. This means that you can do what ever you like with these custom images when you receive them.

• Are all of the high quality images you use royalty free?

I purchase all images and graphics needed to complete your design project. This means that they are all royalty free images, leaving you to do whatever you like with your graphics- only ever paying once for your graphics package when you order it from TrustyCovers.com.

• How am I best to contact you at TrustyCovers.com?

• How many times does your guarantee entitle me to request changes to my project?
  

  This is optional, and you will more than likely not want to make design changes at all. However, as the guarantee states, you can make unlimited requests to have changes done to your design until it looks just the way you like it.

• Can I include my own images like artwork and logos as part of my cover design?
  

  If you have your own image files that you would like to have included you are more than welcome to provide a download location for these, along with your preferences on how to use them. You'll have the provision to enter these details within the online order form after purchase.
  

• Will I own my new ecover graphics and/or minisite design after downloading it?
  

  Yes the entire packge of images in their various formats and sizes will be yours to keep once you've downloaded them. I do reserve the right to include graphics I've created for clients in my online portfolio as examples.

• How long will it take before I know what my new graphics will look like?
  

  I will endeavour to have a drafted example online for you to view within 72 hours from receiving your order. This may mean that you will be able to download your completed package within the same timeframe, if no revisions are needed.
  (At fluxuating times however, this time-frame may increase or even decrease by up to 48 hours. If you need to adhere to strict deadlines, you can contact me using the Contact Form page to ask for a current turnaround time.)

• How will I keep in contact with you while the cover is being made?
  

  I will contact you after your order is complete with full details for your order, as well as a VIP email address you will be able to email me on at any time. Once I have your design requirements I will get to work on a draft and then contact you with a URL for you to go to view your newly drafted graphics when they're ready.

• Can you do other perspectives than just the ones shown in your portfolio?
  

  Yes I can do a variety of alternative ecover perspectives, although I would usually recommend those similar to what are on display in my portfolio. If you would like a different perspective you will be provided space to describe the perspective that you're after inside the order form. Again, you can view a sample form here.

• Will I be able to take and use my new cover graphic as soon as the draft is done?
  

  When I complete your draft the graphics will be available for viewing online, however this will not be completed until you give the go-ahead for me to finish it all off as a completed package. When you view the draft you simply need to email me back to confirm that you're happy, then I will set about packaging it up for you to download properly in it's entirety. Once I've emailed you the zipped package download location the images will be ready for you to use however and where ever you like.

• Which countries am I able to place an order from?
  

  I'm happy to say that I'm able to take orders from just about any country that has an internet connection. There are very few exceptions. Generally if you've ever used PayPal before, then you will have no problems placing an order here at TrustyCovers.com!

• What's the longest It will take before I can use the new cover I've ordered?
  

  I will always try to have your graphics package available for you to download within 3-5 working days. This is not always the case though as sometimes delays are inevitable. With that said, it should never be greater than 7 working days between conception and hand-over.

• What's the point of paying for a graphic designer to produce my ecover images?
  

  People who know about marketing are willing to pay a lot of money for quality cover graphics because they know the great effect that it can have on their product sales. Many people don't have the expertise or knowledge, the time, or the artistic ability to graphically design their own cover images. To do so would not make sense, as they could otherwise be focusing on the parts of their business which they are good at.
  
  Cover creation software is a shortcut to creating your own cover images, but this will always result in a cheap look rather than the high percieved value that a professional custom ecover will elicite.

• Are there any kinds of graphics which your policy does not allow for?
  

  Trustycovers.com does not accept material relating to discrimination, sexual practices, religion, drug use or illegal activities. We reserve the right to refuse any orders that are not in keeping with these guidelines. In such an instance a full refund will be issued.
